Permanent lighting in Woodland
Woodland straddles the Clark–Cowlitz line at the Lewis River, and we serve it at our published Clark County pricing. The town has three kinds of homes: older places downtown and along Horseshoe Lake with simple rooflines under 160 feet, newer two-story subdivisions on the hillside east of I-5 with 200 to 250 feet, and farms and acreage in the Bottoms with shops and barns. Woodland is also home to a Trimlight franchise location, so homeowners here have usually seen a permanent-lighting quote already; the difference with us is you can see the per-foot price before anyone visits.
From $32 per foot, controller included. Free measure anywhere in Woodland, usually within three days.

Homes and rooflines here
Hillside subdivisions are 2000s to present construction with composite fascia and aluminum drip edge, the standard channel-on-fascia install. Downtown homes have painted wood fascia. Farm outbuildings in the Bottoms are steel, which puts them in Magnetic Pebble territory at $35 per foot.

What it costs here
Typical Woodland homes we measure run 140 to 250 feet of lit roofline. That range in the two packages we recommend most here, controller included.
| Package | Rate | 140 ft | 250 ft | ≈ Monthly at 250 ft |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pebble Track | $32/ft | $4,480 | $8,000 | $689/mo |
| Magnetic Pebble | $35/ft | $4,900 | $8,750 | $753/mo |
Monthly is a 12-month, 5.9% APR example. Running cost on Cowlitz PUD at 7.66¢/kWh: about $0.83 a month for 250 pebbles at four hours a night.
Which utility you're on changes the math a little
Woodland addresses in Cowlitz County are on Cowlitz PUD at 7.66 cents per kilowatt-hour, and Clark County addresses are on Clark Public Utilities at 8.79 cents; both are among the lowest residential rates in the state. Either way, a 220-light pebble install running four hours a night uses about 9.5 kWh a month, under a dollar in electricity.
