Price your roofline before anyone visits
Our per-foot prices are published, so the estimate is arithmetic, not a sales visit. The free measure makes it exact, and if the measure comes in under your estimate you pay the lower number.
Getting your feet right
- Open Google Maps, search your address, switch to satellite.
- Right-click a roof corner, choose Measure distance.
- Click along each roof edge you want lit and read the total in feet.
- Add about 15% for gables; each gable is two sloped runs.
Rules of thumb
- Single-story ranch, front and garage: 120–160 ft
- Two-story with gables, front and sides: 200–260 ft
- Large two-story, full wrap: 300–360 ft
- 40 × 60 shop: 200 ft of eave
