Commercial permanent lighting: brand colors every night, holidays on schedule
The same Minleon system we put on homes, sized for a storefront, a brewery patio, an office park or an HOA entry. Priced per project after a site visit, with the per-foot rates on our pricing page as the starting point.
Storefronts, restaurants and breweries
The D35 puck is our commercial recommendation: the brightest light in the line, in a low-profile track that reads as clean architectural lighting by day. Brand colors are saved as the nightly scene; holidays, game days and events are scheduled months ahead. Patios get S14 bistro strings on the same controller, at 3000K warm white for service and any color for events.
HOA common areas and entry monuments
Clubhouses, entry monuments and gatehouses are where a community sets its tone in December, and where a permanent system removes the annual argument about who hangs the lights. We supply the packet your board needs to approve it and a maintenance agreement so nobody on the board owns a ladder.
Multi-family and property management
Leasing offices and street-facing elevations, on a schedule the property manager controls from a phone. We coordinate with your maintenance contractor on outlet locations and keep everything low-voltage and plug-in on the load side.
What to expect
- Site visit and a written proposal with a run map, zones and a per-project price.
- Installs scheduled around business hours; most storefronts in a day, patios in half a day.
- Permits handled under our licenses (footer); certificates of insurance on request.
- Annual service agreement available: test every light, update scenes, swap failures.
Residential pricing is public on the pricing page; commercial rooflines with long straight runs usually price at or below it per foot, and cut-up facades above it.

How to measure your roofline in Google Maps
- Open Google Maps, search your address, switch to satellite view.
