Permanent lighting in Ridgefield

Ridgefield's new-construction two-stories have a lot of front-facing gable, and the garage-forward plans put a long eave right at the street. Composite fascia (LP SmartSide and similar) bonds well with VHB after cleaning. Many HOAs here have a written lighting clause; we have yet to see one that prohibits track lighting outright, but several require warm white as the default. Set that in the app and you're compliant.

New-build fascia and warranty
Buyers ask whether bonding channel to a new home's fascia affects the builder warranty. We bond to the fascia face, never through the roofing, and we do not penetrate the drip edge or shingles. That keeps the roofing warranty intact. If your builder has a specific exterior-attachment clause, send it to us before the measure and we'll mount to brackets on the fascia instead.
